  • Payment Data – transaction identifiers; full card numbers are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

We collect data directly from you when you register, subscribe, or interact with the service, and automatically through cookies and similar tracking technologies when you browse our site.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (pixel tags, local storage) to operate the service, remember your preferences, and analyse usage. Specifically, we use:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies – required for authentication and session management. These cannot be disabled.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Voice recordings and conversation transcripts are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted unless required by law. Account data is deleted within 90 days of account closure upon request. We may retain anonymised, aggregated data indefinitely for research and product improvement.

  • Access – request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Rectification – request correction of inaccurate data.
